Timothy Schaffer, SPHR- President & CEO

President and co-founder of HRi, Tim is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and has over 30 years of Human Resources Management Consulting experience.

Prior to founding HRi in 1990, Tim graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Business Management. His past experience includes various management and executive positions with Ryder Truck Leasing Systems.

Tim has been a licensed instructor of the Dale Carnegie Courses since 1986 and is a frequent speaker and trainer. He has worked with both public and private groups including the Federal Reserve Board, the Wharton Business School, US Department of Education, the United States Information Agency and more than 30 private organizations.

Tim’s unique blend of experience with a Fortune 500 company and his success as an entrepreneur gives him a well-rounded perspective about the challenges and difficulties businesses face today.

John W.(Jack) Mayhew- Chairman of the Board

As co- founder of HRi and its sister company TSi Staffing, Jack serves as the Chairman of the Board for both companies. Jack has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Temporary/Full time Staffing.

Prior to founding HRi, Jack was the Chief Executive Officer at CWI, a national placement corporation, for more than 15 years. Jack holds a Master’s degree in Business and Education Administration from the University of Missouri and is a retired Colonel who served more than 20 years in Army aviation.

Tricia Stock, SPHR- Chief Operating Officer

Tricia has over 25 years experience in finance, operations and business management in both large and small organizations. Prior to joining HRi in 2002, Tricia held numerous management positions in finance and operations for companies including UMUC Online, Inc. and Hargrove, Inc.

Tricia holds a M.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, a B.A, in Business Administration from the Notre Dame of Maryland University and is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) by The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Jena Judd, PHR- HR Business Partner

Jena has been with HRi since 2004. As a HR Business Partner, she provides full service HR and Strategic Consulting support to our clients. Jena is a Certified Human Resources Professional with over 18 years of HR Management experience. Her experience encompasses all facets of Human Resources, including - Management, Operations, Business Planning, Compensation Design, Recruiting, Staffing, Employee Relations, Benefits, Payroll, Training and Compliance.

Jena received her Bachelors Degree in Personnel and Labor Relations from the University of Maryland. Additional training includes- Frederick County Community College - Certified Leadership Training and a Certified Disney Institute Service Delivery Trainer.

Jena has over 200 hours of training in Federal & State Labor & Employment Law, Legal Employment Practices, Employee Relations, Staff & Recruitment Strategy Development and Interviewing Techniques.
