PRESIDENTS DAY HOLIDAY -  PAYROLL PROCESSING INFORMATION

Although banks are CLOSED on Monday 2/20/12 – HRi will remain open.  Because of bank closings, all payrolls that are normally scheduled for a Monday 02/20/2012 pay date must be submitted to HRI by Wednesday 02/15/2012 at 10am instead of your normal deadline of Thursday, in order for HRi to process for a Friday 02/17/2012 pay date. The debit from your account will occur on Thursday 02/16/2012 for the 02/17/2012 pay date, one day earlier than normal. 

All payrolls that are normally scheduled for a Tuesday 02/21/2012 pay date, must be submitted to HRi by Thursday, 02/16/2012 at 10am.  The pay date of Tuesday 02/21/2012 will remain the same but the debit from your account will occur on Friday, 02/17/2012 one day earlier than normal. 

All payrolls that are normally scheduled for a Wednesday 02/22/2012 pay date , must be submitted to HRi by Friday, 02/17/2012 at 10am.  The pay date will remain the same of Wednesday 02/22/2012 and the debit date will remain the same of Tuesday 02/21/2012
