Do you know a business that would benefit from our services?  If so, we invite you to participate in our referral program. Whether you’re a client or a partner of HRi, we'll reward you for referring business to us. If your referral becomes a HRi client, you’ll earn cash based on the size of the company that you refer.*

Referral Rewards Schedule

HRi will pay a one-time referral fee according to the following criteria:

Company Size	Referral Reward
5 to 15 employees	$250
16 to 25 employees	$500
26 to 50 employees	$1,000
51 to 100 employees	$1,500
100 + employees	$2,000

Your referral fee will be paid once they complete two successful payrolls with HRi. (Clients may choose to receive a credit on your invoice.)
