Definition of a Referral

Referred company must be a legal business entity with one or more of the following:

We'll reward you for referring a business to HRi — you can even earn a CRUISE FOR TWO! The larger the company, the greater your reward. You just need to contact the company (must be a legal entity). obtain permission for HRi to contact them, and tell us the nature of your relationship. We'll take care of the rest. Your referral fee will be paid once they complete two successful payrolls with HRi.*
