A New User Experience (UEX)

PrismHR has launched a new User Experience (UEX) that offers more than just a modern appearance; it provides responsive views, and guided workflows that help users easily navigate the software.

Some of the key features of the new UEX include new manager and employee views, expanded configuration options, higher levels of accessibility, and improved responsiveness for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Additionally, users can take advantage of expanded branding options, with even more features expected in the future.

We are currently updating all of our clients and ensuring that their custom fields and links are maintained. By the end of the month, all HRi’s clients will be moved to the new UEX.

This new experience offers a consistent user experience across essential employee applications, such as the Employee Portal, Onboarding, and Benefits Enrollment. By modernizing and innovating HR platforms, our clients will show that they care about the employee experience, boosting efficiency and engagement.

If you have any questions about the new User Experience (UEX), please reach out to Alexis Moran, Director of Client Accounts at

Enhancing Employee Experience (EX) with Artificial Intelligence (AI)

If building an employee experience strategy is a priority for your organization, this Human Resource Executive article by Mark Stelzner gives excellent insight into how AI can enhance EX.

Why employee experience is resurging in the era of AI

Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day

Barbara Corcoran wisely said, “My best successes came on the heels of failures.”

Women’s History Month is especially important as many women could not own businesses or hold leadership positions even 60 years ago. Women had to face repeated rejection and keep using their voices to advocate for progress.

Small businesses are the backbone of our economy. Women-owned small businesses continue to make a tremendous impact.

International Women’s Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating women’s social, economic, cultural, and political achievements.

Employee Appreciation

Employee Appreciation Day was March 1. At HRi, we want our team to know we’re grateful for the work they do every day!
